How to record sessions on hotjar?

  • To verify that session capture is enabled, click on the traffic coverage widget in the top-right corner of the page.
  • Session Recording can be easily enabled by following these steps:
    • Go to your Account Settings
    • Select Recording from the options
    • Enable Session Recording
    • Save your changes
