Customer Feedback

Information provided by customers to reveal their level of satisfaction and help product, customer success, and marketing teams understand where there is room for improvement.

Companies can collect Customer feedback using polls and surveys, interviewing them or by asking for reviews.

Why is customer feedback important?

Customer Feedbacks are important to gain first hand advice on product improvement, to build new features, and to mitigate complaints. The process of asking about a product or your service induces people to form judgements that otherwise wouldnt occur to them. They might not realize that they love a feature unless you seek feedback about it.
