Faqprime’s Helpbot includes various modules, which are clickable buttons within the Helpbot. These modules can be enabled to enhance user interaction.

 

Here’s a how you can enable the modules:

  1. Sign in to Faqprime: Use your login credentials to access your Faqprime account.

  2. Navigate to the Helpbot Widget: After logging in, go to the ‘Helpbot Widget’ section on your dashboard.

  3. Set up Link-1 Integration:

    • Locate the ‘Link-1 Integration’ module in the ‘Modules’ section.
    • Tick the box to activate it.
    • Input the URL you wish to link to (e.g., a calendar or ‘contact us’ page).
    • Assign a title for the link (e.g., ‘Book a Demo’).
    • Select a teaser image.
    • Decide if you want the link to open within the widget.
  4. Set up Link-2 Integration:

    • If you want to set up another module, locate the ‘Link-2 Integration’ module.
    • Tick the box to activate it.
    • Input the URL you wish to link to.
    • Assign a title for the link (e.g., ‘Video’).
    • Select a teaser image.
    • Decide if you want the link to open within the widget.
  5. Activate Click to Call Button:

    • Find the ‘Click to Call Button’ module.
    • Tick the box to activate it (note: this is only available on mobile devices).
    • Enter your phone number in international format. For instance, if your number is 123456781 and your country is India, then the number is +91123456781.
  6. Save Your Changes: Save your changes after activating and setting up the modules.
