If you’re having trouble with the Faqprime Helpbot widget not appearing on your website, there could be a few reasons why. 

 

Here’s a list of common issues and their solutions:

  1. Visibility Settings: First, check your Helpbot’s visibility settings in your Faqprime dashboard. Ensure that the visibility status is set to ‘Enable’ if you want the Helpbot to be visible.

  2. Page-Specific Settings: If you’ve configured the Helpbot to only appear on certain pages, make sure that the page URLs are correctly set up in your Visibility Control settings.

  3. Browser Compatibility: Some older browsers may not fully support all features. Try viewing your website in a different browser or update your current browser to the latest version.

  4. Disable Ad Blockers: Ad blockers or other browser extensions can sometimes interfere with the Helpbot. Try disabling these extensions to see if the Helpbot becomes visible.

  5. JavaScript Errors: JavaScript errors on your website can prevent the Helpbot from loading. Check your browser’s console for any errors that might be causing the issue.
