Connect to intercom and sync your content with Faqprime

It’s easy to connect intercom and start streaming your content updates to Faqprime CMS via a cronjob. 

 

Step 1: Get the cronjob enabled for you

Once you sign up with Faqprime (only supported in certain pricing plans), our team will enable access to your custom cronjob for you

 

Step 2: Configuration Parameters required for the cronjob 

For the cronjob enabled for you faqprime team will require key pass and secret which you can get by signing up for an account on the Faqprime. 

Additionally following parameters would be required by the faqprime team - 

• Sync schedule: 

This is only relevant if the mode is set to "automatic." You can set the frequency of the sync to "daily" or "weekly."

• Default categoryid: 

Define the categoryid that you want to assign to the synced content (Once you create a category using the backend of the faqprime, it will show the categoryid of the created category)

• Tag: 

Define the tag that you want to provide against newly synced/added content.

• Default visibility: 

The default visibility is set to "unlisted." The content needs to be manually selected and set to "public." You can set the default visibility option to "public."

• Editing, adding, and deleting: 

You can edit, add, and delete content in the intercom as usual. The changes will be synced to Faqprime CMS automatically if sync mode is set as automatic.
