How to create a new help article
- In your Knowledge base click on Add question from the right navigation.
- Click on the text field under the Question title and type in the article title in one sentence (160 characters), you will be shown suggestions to select from pre-written articles.
- Enter intent keywords to recommend this question on similar keyword searches.
- You can also add a detailed description of the question in the detail description section.
- Enter tags, if a tag does not exist it will be created.
- Set the visibility of the article.
