How do I add, edit, block, or delete a user account?

Add a user

  1. Log in to your Faqprime account, navigate to Admin>Add user
  2. Enter the Full name, email and password and hit ‘register’

How to edit user permissions? 

  1. Log in to your Faqprime account, navigate to Admin>Add user
  2. Click on the tab 'Users' and choose a user you wish to edit the permissions
  3. Choose the permission from the drop-down and hit 'save'

How to block a user? 

  1. Log in to your Faqprime account, navigate to Admin>Add user
  2. Click on the tab 'Users' and choose a user you wish to block
  3. Click the 'block user' button and done.

Delete a user [Imp: the 'delete' option for a user only appears once you 'block' that particular user]

  1. Log in to your Faqprime account, navigate to Admin>Add user
  2. Click on the tab 'Users' and choose a user you wish to delete 
  3. Click the 'delete user' button and it's done.

Block vs deletion, what’s the difference?

When an admin blocks a user, that means that:

  • The blocked user’s login permissions in the workspace are withdrawn. - They will no longer be able to access the workspace.
  • Content/questions answers will remain unchanged.
