You need to set its visibility (Enable) from your Faqprime App admin.
- Choose Faqprime Helpbot and click on the Edit button
- Set the visibility as "Enable"

- Select a language from the dropdown, the default language is English
- Click on SAVE. Yay! You're good to go.
