AI is a branch of machine learning. It refers to how an AI tool learns to understand human language and produce appropriate responses by automated self-learning, or, in other words, without being specifically programmed in a simple workflow. These tools are developed by feeding a neural network large datasets of customer language, such as common queries, conversation, and phrases. ML enables the algorithm to examine datasets in the sense of customer questions and recognise word and phrase combinations that show customer intent.
