  1. Change the color of the Assistant.
  2. Change the text from "Get Help" to based on business need.
  3. Default chat text is "Live Chat" which can be changed.
  4. Enable drag of the Assistant so that your user can reposition it on their browser screen.
  5. In-product Helpers (Helpers are contextual hotspots) you can add to your site or product wherever you like, (you can see these throughout our site as small question mark icons to click).

  7. Live chat integration, all major chat software are supported including WhatsApp and FB messenger.
