How to create a new help article

1. In your Knowledge base click on Add question button from the right of the screen.
2. Click on the text field under the Question title and type in the article title in one sentence (160 characters), you will be shown suggestions to select from pre-written articles.
3. Enter intent keywords to recommend this question on similar keyword searches.
4. You can also add a detailed description of the question in the detail description section.
5. Enter tags, if a tag does not exist it will be created.
6. Set the visibility of the article.
7. Done!
